Deposits, Installments, and Remaining Balances
If a deposit or installment option is offered, your registration may not be considered fully paid until all required payments are completed.
Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline for the applicable event. Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of your registration, loss of reserved accommodations, or forfeiture of prior payments, subject to the refund and cancellation terms below.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on a specific event page, Camp Sober Fest reservations are refundable up until 30 days prior to the event.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Camp Sober Fest before the 30-day deadline. Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend after the refund deadline, you may be permitted to transfer your ticket to another eligible individual, subject to Camp Sober Fest approval and event policies. Camp Sober Fest is not responsible for any private payment arrangements, disputes, or transactions between attendees involving transferred tickets.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, credit card provider, or third-party payment platform.
Certain fees, payment processing charges, installment fees, service fees, or administrative fees may be non-refundable.
Event Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation
Camp Sober Fest reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, speakers, lodging arrangements, transportation details, meal plans, locations, vendors, or programming at any time.
Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances including weather, natural disasters, venue issues, health and safety concerns, low registration, government restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Camp Sober Fest will communicate available options to registered attendees. Camp Sober Fest is not responsible for attendee travel costs, airfare, lodging outside of the event, rental cars, lost wages, or other personal expenses.
Attendee Conduct
Camp Sober Fest is committed to creating a safe, respectful, substance-free environment for all participants.
By attending an event, you agree to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, speakers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, venue staff, and community members.
Camp Sober Fest reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if the attendee engages in behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, intoxicated, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the event.
Substance-Free Policy
Camp Sober Fest events are designed to be alcohol-free and drug-free experiences.
Possession, use, distribution, or promotion of alcohol, illegal drugs, or unauthorized substances is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Camp Sober Fest is not a detox facility, treatment center, medical provider, counseling service, or licensed healthcare organization. Participation in Camp Sober Fest events should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care, addiction treatment, therapy, counseling, or emergency services.
